Where we meet
We meet in Burlington, at your kitchen table or ours, or by phone. The first meeting is about numbers: how much room you have in each account, and where it comes from.
The dollar limits are the CRA's. Your own room depends on the year you turned 18 and on what you have put in and taken out. Work yours out first.
Questions people ask first
How much TFSA room do I have?
It depends on the year you turned 18 and on what you have put in and taken out. If you turned 18 in 2009 or earlier and have never put anything in, the CRA's limits for 2009 to 2026 add up to $109,000.
